Phil Mitchell's '37 Ford Business Coupe

A couple of photos of Phil's new car - a 1937 Ford Busness Coupe, with blown 350 Chevy/350 box with shift kit, drop tube front and chromed '55 Chevy rear end.

Ivor Knapp's 1948 Austin 16

Ivor's Austin features a near-standard original steel body with its original glass.
The strengthened original chassis is mounted with Jaguar XJ12 front and rear axles and brakes, with a 4.09 diff and HD tube half shafts - all rolling on 5.5x15 and 12x15 Centreline wheels.
The Austin is powered by a 351 Ford Cleveland, with solid cam, roller rockers, forged pistons, and big valve heads, fed by a 4-barrell Holley 750 carb. Transmission features a 2400rpm stall Art Carr C6 box.
Best quarter-mile ET so far is a 13.90 @ 105MPH at Shakespeare County Raceway.

Andy House's 1936 Roadster

Andy's bare-metal '36 Roadster runs a 350 Chevrolet with a forged crank & rods with Keith Black pistons.

Heads, cam, intake manifold and carb are all Edelbrock items.
Frame is pinched & boxed, running an 8” rear and a Mustang II front. Andy wonders if it will go any faster if he paints it?

Steve Couzen's Austin Devon
